| Christy Sitze has helped build and coach successful programs for the past seven years. She is looking forward to helping build the React Volleyball program to a recognizable force in the nation. CLUB COACHING EXPERIENCE 1999-2006 successful club coach for top clubs in Illinois, coached age divisions 12s-18s 2 years Director of Coaches, in charge of training up to 14 teams HIGH SCHOOL COACHING EXPERIENCE Christy is in her 5th year of being the head varsity volleyball coach at Oregon High School. The season prior to Christy Sitze being hired as head coach, Oregon High School won only 4 matches. Since then, this high school program has accomplished many feats in a short amount of time. 2006: Sectional Champs Regional Champs, Big Northern Conference Champs, 33 Wins and ,SVN Coach of the Year 2005: Region Champs, Big North Conference Champs, 32 win season, Champions, 3 tournaments 2004: Region Champs, Conference Champs, 31 win season, Champions, 2 tournaments 2003: Region Champs, 24 win season YOUTH COACHING EXPERIENCE Currently in 2nd year of designing and coaching React Youth, K-8th grade |

| Lauren Cost (pictured above and to right) has an impressive volleyball career and will be extending her success to coaching and directing at React Volleyball. | Jenny Koch has 17 years of successful coaching experience at the club, high school, and junior high level and was voted Dixon Telegraph Coach of the Year in 1999, 2001, and 2004. | Ranae Leamancyzk has coached at the high school level for 4 years, club level for 2 years, and at React Youth for 2 years. Ranae coached the Oregon Sophomore team to an undefeated Big Northern Conference Championship 2006 with an overall record of 24-2. | Ashleigh brings 10 years of playing experience to React.. Ashleigh Garst has played at the college level for 2 years and is a captain for her team. She has also coached for 2 years. | Penny Reber is a graduate from Byron High school where she played, and she has 2 years of middle school coaching experience at the 8th grade level. Penny is currently a middle school teacher in the Belvidere school district. She has a true passion for working with junior high age level.
