TRAINING
React Volleyball Club offers a variety of challenging
and fun workouts before or after each practice.  
React directors have carefully researched and
designed each program based on top collegiate
volleyball programs in the country and on player
health.

POOL WORKOUTS:  React Volleyball is proud to offer
a unique opportunity to jump and strength train at
Nash Recreation Center's spacious pool.  Pool
workouts have been proven to be just as effective
as land workouts, but with considerably less impact

WEIGHT TRAINING WORKOUTS:  React Volleyball
designed weight room workouts by researching the
top collegiate programs in the country.  Players keep
track and progressively add weights and reps to
their routine at a pace that caters to each individual
and promotes the strength needed for enhancing
volleyball skills.  Supervisors help athletes perform
lifting and jumping properly with the player's health
in mind.   Weight training workouts take place at the
Blackhawk Center's weight room, a fully equipped
facility.

AGILITY WORKOUTS:  Agility workouts take place on
the volleyball court at Nash or the Blackhawk Center.
 Basic footwork drills and drills including jump
boxes, jump ropes, dot mats, ladders, cone drills,
mini hurdles, all are part of our agility program.  
Players gain speed and coordination that is relevant
to volleyball.
